Located just outside of St. Gallen, Rico Lehmann grows berries, primarily strawberries and raspberries, on a total of 18 hectares. "Originally, the farm was a traditional one with cows, pigs, and field fruit cultivation. However, since 2001, we have become a solely berry farm - this is where I saw the greatest opportunity."
