In the Official Journal of the European Union dated 05/11/2025, the name "Fragola della Basilicata IGP" was registered. According to updated data from the Qualivita Observatory, the food sector made in Italy includes 331 PDO and PGI designations, of which 128 are for fruits and vegetables.
