Ukrainian processors are reporting a significantly lower proportion of berries being utilized in the freezing industry this season, approximately 35% less compared to vegetables. According to Ihor Usatyi, the sales manager at Tevitta, most berries were readily available in the domestic market, with the exception of wild blueberries.
