Residues from plant protection products that are banned in the EU exceeded limits in strawberries of Polish origin. A total of 4,800 kilos of these strawberries reached Estonia, although a risk assessment indicated a very low threat to human health. Triinu Allika, head of the food department at the Agriculture and Food Board, stated this information.
