Competition gives green light to Bollo sale
The National Markets and Competition Commission has authorised the purchase operation by which Fremman takes sole control of four companies that make up the Bollo group: Bollo International Fruits (BIF), Privilege Fruits, OpCo Brasil and Bollo Brasil Produção e Comercialização de Frutas Ltda. This operation has involved a disbursement of around 300 million euros

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
