ZIN 186 is harvested later and marketed for a longer period compared to the earlier ZIN 168, in order to ensure availability for an extended period. The first commercial products will be available starting from mid-November 2025. Fruit farmers and producer organizations such as Elbe-Obst are involved in the marketing of ZIN products.
