Expanding jurisdiction for global dispute resolution

The Fruit and Vegetable Dispute Organization (the DRC) recently announced its 25th anniversary in 2025 as well as jurisdictional expansion. During the June 2024 DRC Board of Directors (BoD) meeting, the BoD approved amendments to the DRC operating rules to eliminate the requirement that disputes.
