FEPEX defines the main challenge as maintaining competitiveness in the face of a complex regulatory framework.
The FEPEX Governing Committee, made up of the heads of the member associations located in the main fruit and vegetable production areas, meeting yesterday in Madrid, reiterated that legislative changes at national and EU level threaten the competitiveness of farms, in an environment in which exports and consumption are falling and imports
are declining.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
