Moroccan production of cucumbers and gherkins reached a record level of 75,729 tons in 2024, according to FAO figures. This increase comes despite a reduction in harvested area, from 1,885 hectares in 2023 to 1,739 hectares in 2024. Improved yields have made it possible to compensate for this.
