In December 2024, Peru exported 2,614 tons of garlic, generating revenues of US$7.5 million. This represents a 19% increase in volume and a 62% increase in value compared to December 2023. The average price of garlic also rose by 36% to $2.87 per kilogram. This strong performance contributed to a recovery in the annual cumulative figures.
