While other regions were affected by late frosts in 2024, the Lake Constance region was able to achieve an above-average harvest and accounted for approximately 45% of the German apple production. Fruit growers from Lake Constance are expecting around 227,000 tons of apples in 2025, slightly less than the previous year.
