'Legacy' apple variety honours retiring grafter

Frank P Matthews has introduced a new apple variety, 'Legacy', as part of its 125th anniversary celebrations. The variety was named following a public competition held earlier this year and also recognizes the contribution of Andrew Wright, who grafted the commemorative tree shortly before.
