Pineapple enthusiast Rich Ellenson, 44, has set a new world record by slicing and peeling a pineapple in just 17.85 seconds, beating the previous record of 27.07 seconds. Rich, who consumes three pineapples every weekend, trained rigorously for months to perfect his technique by cutting over 100.
