Around 36% or 2,625 tons of the total quantity are accounted for by Gala; approximately 712 tons more Gala were stored than in 2023 and about 134 tons more than in 2022. In second place is Topaz with 979 tons, which is nearly 257 tons more than last year. It is expected that the Topaz variety will be in second place in October.
