Switzerland/Organic apples: Almost 40 percent of the stored quantity sold

At the end of March, there were still around 4,461 tons of organic apples in storage. This is 2,923 tons more than in March of last year and 1,586 tons more than in March of the record year 2023. Only 39.4% of the quantity stored at the end of October has been marketed so far.
