Fruit companies: "Congestion Fee" threatens Italian fresh logistics.

This is a surcharge of currently 90 euros per container that some freight forwarders charge their customers for handling at the Italian ports, which are considered the most congested. This measure has already been implemented for the terminals in Genoa and La Spezia.
