Fruitimprese: Italy exported O+G worth 5.8 billion euros in 2023

In total, exports amounted to 5.78 billion euros in the previous year, compared to just under 5.3 billion euros in 2022. However, the volume fell slightly to 3.483 million tonnes, -0.9% compared to 2022. Imports also increased, by 13.6% in volume and 15.7% in value. The trade balance therefore also fell by just over 543 million euros, a decrease of 29.7% compared to 2022
