Fruits de Ponent y Actel Grup crean Novacoop Mediterranea

The general assemblies of the members of the cooperatives Grup Cooperatiu Fruits de Ponent and Actel Grup, held yesterday, unanimously ratified the creation of a joint company, with equal participation of 50% by the two entities. This agreement culminates a year-long joint effort and marks the definitive step in the creation of Novacoop Mediterranea.
