The area of organic lemon grown in Spain under the guarantee of the European model reached 11,509 hectares in 2022, an increase of 574% in 10 years compared to 2012. As for organic grapefruit, its surface area has grown by 418% since 2012, currently reaching 685 hectares, representing 22% of the total lemon surface area and 21% of the grapefruit surface area,
