Huelva hosts the International Red Fruit Congress
Spanish red fruit exports, more than 75% of which are concentrated in the province of Huelva, continue to develop positively. Although in 2022 Spanish exports stood at 1,693 million euros, 1% less than in 2021, the evolution of the last few years has been positive, rising from 1,352 million euros in 2018 to 1,693 million euros in 2022, a 25
% increase.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
