Hungary is expanding the list of fruits and vegetables subject to price caps.

The Hungarian Ministry for National Economy has extended the retail margin cap until 28 February 2026 and has also expanded the program to include additional product groups. The updated list now includes various fruit and vegetable categories that are commonly traded in domestic retail channels. The ministry made this announcement.
