In June, the fruit and vegetable department of the large-scale retail trade remains afloat in terms of volumes, but deflation is causing losses in values. Among the major categories, only vegetables show an increasing quantity, while - in terms of geographic areas - the South still shows, increasingly, opposite trends compared to the North.
