Sorma Group, a company that designs and builds complete lines for the post-harvest processing of fruit and vegetable products, introduced two innovative grading solutions at this year's Fruit Attraction. The first is PulpVision, a new optical sorting machine designed for kiwis that can detect green, yellow, and red colors.
