Spice24: New patented kiwi rootstock

The recently chosen Actinidia Rufa rootstock variety, Spice24, is now being offered for commercial use in kiwi orchards across Europe. A statement from the Italian nursery La mentions that "Spice24 has shown resistance to heavy soils that have high water retention and to soils with elevated salinity levels."
