The Italian government will grant 12 million in aid for kiwifruit and pears.

The Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry (Masaf) has announced that it will allocate 12 million euros to counteract the economic consequences that the pear and kiwi value chains are experiencing due to climatic phenomena such as drought, hail and plant diseases.
