UK: Chairman of Spar wholesaler Capper & Co dies Spar has expressed its condolences following the passing of Bill Capper CBE, the chairman of wholesaler Capper & Co. He passed away on 11th October. Capper & Co, located in Glamorgan, was founded in 1901 as a grocery wholesaler and later became the Spar wholesaler for the region.
