Macquarie Asset Management has acquired a majority stake in Australia's Fresh Produce Group.

Fresh Produce Group (FPG), one of Australia's largest fruit and vegetable suppliers, has received an investment of over A$175 million (€107.9 million) from Macquarie Asset Management. This deal has made the Australian financier the majority shareholder of the company.
