Chile: Citrus exports could reach 345,000 tonnes this season
Climatic factors, logistical problems and rising freight costs made the 2022 season the lowest citrus exports in recent years, 32% lower than the 2021 season. Forecasts by the Asoex Citrus Committee predict a normal average season for 2023, simfruit reports. An export volume of 55,000 t is forecast for clementines and for mandarins
