Spain's Club of Protected Plant Varieties (CVVP) has expressed its approval of a Supreme Court ruling to reimburse a €5m fine that it had been required to pay as a result of a protracted legal battle with the Valencian grower association Ava-Asaja regarding the marketing of Nadorcott mandarins.
