Bangladesh's mango farmers are preparing for a record 2026 season, with production projected to increase by 25% to 2.7 million tons over 204,000 hectares. However, inflated airfreight costs pose a threat to exports, according to Mohammad Kanchan Mia of Arot Agro BD. "Last year we reached 2.2 million tons."
