Almeria reduces melon and watermelon area by 15%.
Uncertainty is one of the adjectives that could best be attributed to the coming spring season in the province, fundamentally because of the reduction in the area of melon and above all of watermelon, which could be between 15 and 20%.
According to an initial assessment by ASAJA-Almeria, the reduction is mainly in the Poniente
West of the province
