Brazil exported over 194,000 tons of melons between August 2025 and January 2026, an increase of 6% compared to the 183,000 tons shipped during the same period in the previous season. According to the Center for Advanced Studies on Applied Economics (Cepea), growers in Rio Grande do Norte and Ceará were responsible for this increase.
