Harvested fruit and vegetable volumes increased in Bulgaria in 2024, according to Eurostat. The country harvested slightly more than 527,000 tons of vegetables, including melons, a 12% rise compared to 470,000 tons in 2023. Tomato output increased by 11% to 128,000 tons, while carrot production also saw a rise.
