Murcia is the second largest exporter of frozen fruit and vegetables in Spain.
The Region of Murcia sold frozen fruit and vegetables last year in foreign markets to the value of 105 million euros, which places it as the second exporting province in Spain for these products, behind Navarre. These sales have given the Region a 13% share of foreign markets.

"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
