Netherlands: Fruits and Vegetables Industry Association makes residual streams more transparent

In collaboration with several sector leaders, data for the years 2020 to 2022 were collected, from which Wageningen University & Research (WUR) has compiled an initial monitor. Eleven out of more than 280 association members participated in the first 'Monitor for Fruit and Vegetable Waste'.
