From nut to mushroom

Since 2019, Hoffmann has been managing a hazelnut plantation with around 1,300 trees on four hectares of land. He also propagates hazelnut bushes for his own use and for sale. The conditions in Southern Lower Saxony are not always easy. In 2023, Hoffmann still had over 100 kg of nuts.
