Ginger: the next star of Peruvian exports
Peruvian foods continue to gain ground in international markets, standing out for their quality and nutritional properties. In the midst of this rich food pantry, Peruvian ginger, known locally as kion, has emerged as a protagonist. Cultivated all year round in the regions of Loreto, Junín and Tacna, this tuber has conquered
the world.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
