ILS: Study on the accessibility of grocery shops in North Rhine-Westphalia published
Almost four out of ten people in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) cannot reach a supermarket within ten minutes on foot. This is one of the findings of an accessibility analysis by the Institute for Regional and Urban Development Research. Especially in rural regions, shopping without a car is difficult. The results are now available in the ILS-TRENDS "Can it be a little closer?"
