Innovation Hub for Healthy Food: the debut of a new section at Macfrut
At Macfrut 2024 (8-10 May) the Innovation Hub For Healthy Food, the exhibition dedicated to sustainable products and technologies used in the production of food of high nutritional value, will be inaugurated. The new exhibition, which will enrich an already varied collection of thematic areas, is organised in collaboration with the University of Bologna, the Department
of Food and Agriculture, the University of Bologna, the University of Bologna, the University of Bologna and the University of Bologna.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels. The articles cover the entire value chain of the fruit and vegetable trade, as well as companies operating in the industry. The magazine has a yearly print run of 5,000 copies, distributed in countries such as Spain, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Eastern Europe, Chile, and Peru. It is distributed through both direct subscriptions and free distribution at major European trade fairs.
