In the last twenty years, Ukraine has been the third largest exporter of walnuts in the world, following the United States and China. However, it later dropped to fourth place as Chile increased its shipments. According to national statistics, Ukraine exported over 160,000 tonnes of walnuts valued at USD 461.4 million between 2020 and 2024.
