Over 100 farmers, including members of the BC Tree Fruits Cooperative, gathered at an intersection in Kelowna, B.C. to advocate for the survival of the cooperative in the face of financial challenges. The cooperative, which is dealing with a $58 million debt, has filed for creditor protection, impacting around 300 individuals.
