Fruit and vegetable price trends in Italy as at 20 February
Tarocco orange quotations remain stable. Artichoke availability is still below average, with the Romanesco about to enter full production. Availability is also limited for courgettes, whose prices continue to rise. Production of semi-long radicchio has begun.
