Organic Alliance acquires wholesaler Pronadis.

Organic Alliance (ProNatura and Vitafrais) has been selected by the Bordeaux Commercial Court to acquire the Fresh & Dried Fruit & Vegetables, as well as the Fresh Ultra-Fresh and Ambient activities of wholesaler Pronadis (Nouvelle-Aquitaine), which was placed in receivership on October 8th, 2024.
