Flanders: Pears set the tone in fruit exports.

In comparison to 2023, exports have increased by 1.9% to 56.7 billion euros. However, imports have grown even more significantly, by 6.1% to 47.6 billion euros. The Flemish agricultural trade surplus amounts to 9.1 billion euros. Pears are the most important export product from the region.
