The ongoing cooperation between the Bureau of Plant Industry and the Bureau of Customs resulted in the confiscation of a 40-foot container van containing fresh yellow onions, with an estimated value of around P3.5 million. The shipment was brought in from China by JRA and Pearl Enterprise, Inc.
