Planasa buyout reaches final stage with €1 billion valuation
The purchase of Planasa has reached its final phase. As Cinco Días reports, Cinven has already selected the investors who will bid for Planasa, Spain's leading soft fruit producer. Its current shareholder, Cinven, has chosen Partners, Pai, Bain and Hal as finalists, according to financial sources.
