'Plant protection and packaging regulations, more time is needed'
A radical change in the approach of the legislative proposals on the reduction of the use of plant protection products and new standards for packaging was demanded by the fruit and vegetable cooperatives from France, Italy and Spain at a well-attended meeting in the European Parliament, initiated and organised by French MEP Irene Tolleret.
