In constant contact with affected farmers and after visiting fields with thrips infestation, the farming organization estimates that damages to the pomegranate harvest have already reached 50% of the production in the Valencian Community campaign, about 30,000 tons.
"Fruit Today" magazine is a valuable source of information for the fresh produce industry. Its aim is to connect fruit producers from Southern Europe with European import and distribution channels.
