The pomegranate picking season in South Africa will start this week. Sapex growers will start picking Angel Red in the North of South Africa. Only limited volumes of this cultivar will be available, and it will be the first time it will be exported by Sapex. We are keen to see how Angel Red will handle the export conditions.
