The Elche mollar pomegranate opens the period for farmers to register their plots in the Denomination of Origin.
These registrations are aimed at farmers whose pomegranate crops of the mollar variety are in the geographical area covered by the PDO (the regions of L'Alacantí, Vega Baja and Baix Vinalopó). In the case of those who were already part of the Protected Designation of Origin in the previous season, they will only have to renew their registration and update their details
